TRYOUT PREP CLASS

  • Motions – Develop proper cheerleading motions through focused practice on sharp arm placement, strong body control, and clean technique to perform with confidence at tryouts.
  • Jumps – Improve cheerleading jumps by refining technique, increasing flexibility, and building power to achieve greater height, clean form, and consistent execution.
  • Cheers – Practice cheers and chants with an emphasis on strong voice projection, sharp motions, precise timing, and confident performance to stand out at tryouts.

TUMBLE CLASSES

Tumbling Classes at Premier Athletics provide a dynamic mix of skill-building, personal development, and supportive coaching that boosts both ability and confidence in every child. These classes lay a strong foundation for cheerleading, whether it’s all-star cheerleading, school cheerleading, or club cheerleading.

CHEER EXPERIENCE

Are you ready to jump into the world of cheer? Our Cheer Experience Class is the perfect way to try out all that cheer has to offer- without a long-term commitment!


Over the course of 8 weeks, athletes will learn:

  • Cheer Motions and Dance
  • Tumbling and Jumps
  • Intro-Level Stunting and Teamwork
  • Perform a Short Routine to Music


This is an exciting opportunity for new athletes to build skills, gain confidence, and see what cheer is all about in a fun and supportive environment.

STUNT CLASS

Length: 60 mins

Ages: 6 years old and up


Take your skills to new heights with our Stunt Class! This class is designed to build a strong foundation while helping athletes safely progress to more advanced skills. Athletes will work through targeted drills, strength and flexibility training, and hands-on stunting practice each week.

Instruction focuses on proper technique for both bases and flyers, ensuring athletes develop confidence, control, and body awareness in every stunt. Whether you're brand new to stunting or looking to level up your current skills, this class is perfect for all experience levels.

FLYER FLEX CLASS

Ages: 6 years old and up


Join our Flyer Flex class at Premier Athletics! This 60-minute class is perfect for both flyers and non-flyers looking to improve their flexibility and body control. Athletes will learn proper stretching techniques while working through specialized flexibility systems designed to safely increase range of motion.


Our experienced coaches provide guidance to ensure each athlete is stretching correctly and progressing at their own pace. Improved flexibility not only enhances stunting and flying positions, but also benefits tumbling, jumps, and overall performance.
