Premier Athletics Nashville is located in the heart of Franklin, TN. The facility is Middle Tennessee's largest cheerleading facility, featuring an expansive 26,000 square feet of training area. Equipped with five full cheer floors, mats, trampolines, and various training equipment, as well as a designated Tumble Zone, the facility offers a safe learning environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced cheerleader, our facility is designed to help you reach your full potential in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

- Motions – Develop proper cheerleading motions through focused practice on sharp arm placement, strong body control, and clean technique to perform with confidence at tryouts.
- Jumps – Improve cheerleading jumps by refining technique, increasing flexibility, and building power to achieve greater height, clean form, and consistent execution.
- Cheers – Practice cheers and chants with an emphasis on strong voice projection, sharp motions, precise timing, and confident performance to stand out at tryouts.
